The attorney for a woman who police say reported finding a newborn on a beach that was actually her child, has asked that her arraignment be postponed until November 14. Twenty-one-year-old Keala Simeona was arrested in April for filing a false police report.  She reported finding an infant girl on Sandy Beach and took the baby to the hospital. Police say it was later determined Simeona is the baby's mother. She is free on $250 bail. Her arraignment has been postponed several times.   The judge granted attorney Franklin Don Pacarro's request.
