Local environmentalists will stage a vigil tonight from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Hawaii State Department building on Bishop Street to call on President Obama to reject the controversial Keystone XL pipeline.  The State Department released its Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement, which raised no serious environmental objections. However, local activists with the Sierra Club, 350.org, CREDO and the Rainforest Action Network, claim the Keystone XL pipeline will be a big source of carbon pollution.
