Freeway Service Patrol Expands

Freeway Service Patrol Expands
Posted July 1st, 2013 @ 1:19pm

The state's free Freeway Service Patrol expanded today. Tow trucks are now covering the H-1 freeway eastward to Ainakoa Avenue. The trucks will also have specialized bumpers to push stalled vehicles out of the way quicker.  Freeway Service Patrol routes now cover about 29 miles of freeway in both directions, from the H-1 freeway Kunia Interchange and the H-2 freeway Waipio Interchange - including the entire Moanalua Freeway and H-1 Airport Viaduct - out to Ainakoa Avenue in Waialae. If you have car trouble on the freeways, call 841-HELP (4357).
