A Marine charged with unpremeditated murder in the death of a prostitute in May was arraigned Wednesday morning in military court in Kaneohe. Thirty-nine-year-old Master Sergeant Nathaniel Cosby reserved the right to enter a plea until a later date.  In addition to the premeditated murder, Cosby faces charges of murder while engaging in an inherently dangerous act, voluntary manslaughter, obstructing justice, and attempting to patronize a prostitute.  The body of 29-year-old Ivy Harris was found May 20 in some brush near Yokohama Bay. The trial was set for March 17, 2014. Cosby, an explosive ordnance disposal specialist, has been held in the brig on Ford Island since his arrest.
