A memorial service was scheduled Saturday for state Health Director Loretta Fuddy at the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa at 712 North School Street.  Visitation began at 9 a.m. with a mass at 11 a.m. The service was open to the public, but the burial is private.  The 65-year-old Fuddy died after a plane crash in waters off Molokai December 11.  Out of respect for Fuddy, Governor Neil Abercrombie ordered state and U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at all state offices and the Hawaii National Guard from sunrise to sunset today.
