Security is tight at the State Capitol Friday, as the state House takes a final vote on the marriage equality bill.  An even larger crowd than Wednesday's, when the second vote was taken, is expected Friday.  Seating in the gallery will be split with advocates of same-sex marriage on one side and opponents on the other side. Sign wavers will also have their own designated areas.  Opponents will line both sides of Beretania Street from the Father Damien statue to Punchbowl. Supporters will get both sides of the street from the statue toward Chinatown.
