Voting is going on across the state in the primary. Two polling places on the Big Island did not open because of storm damage. Elections officials advised voters to get to the polls earlier than usual, as there may be some unexpected changes in polling places, for safety reasons. If you arrive at the polling places after 6 p.m., even if the location has been changed, you will not be able to vote. Those in line at 6 p.m. will be allowed to vote.
