The House Armed Services Committee marked up a bipartisan resolution Tuesday condemning President Barak Obama for negotiating with terrorist groups in the detainee exchange for Army Sgt. First Class Bowe Bergdahl.

Congressional members from both parties have publicly criticized the administration for not notifying them 30-days prior to the exchange, as required by law.
