The Dan Patrick Show is live from Green Bay, Wisconsin as the NFL Draft gets underway tomorrow and he breaks down the top story lines including odds and speculation about the top picks. He predicts that Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty will be the guy who throws a wrench in everyone’s draft boards and wouldn’t be surprised to see somebody trade up to acquire his services, possibly even Jerry Jones and the Cowboys.
Dan Patrick: “I really think the Cowboys would be in the market for Ashton Jeanty. He won’t be there when they’re…what’s their draft pick?”
Paul Pabst: “Twelfth.”
Dan: “Twelfth, OK, probably won’t be there but can you jump up maybe to five or six and try to get him? You know Jerry (Jones) loves shiny objects and Ashton Jeanty is a really good player.”
