Why the Golden State Warriors Are Just Better Than You

Colin Cowherd: “Are they a dynasty? It doesn’t really matter; they’re going to be remembered as ‘game-changers.’ Here is why they are going to be remembered as a dynasty, and not just because of the four titles in eight years, but because they are the essence of what you want your basketball team to be. You want your college team to play like this, that fluidity, that ability to shoot, play defense, that kind of chemistry, and that kind of leadership. They are what you want your AAU team to be, your international team to be, they are the envy of the league, they are smarter than you, they’re more selfless than you, more human than you, play better defense than you, develop their players better than you. They are a dynasty because they are the essence of the sport. They are the STANDARD. Not just the winning standard, they have the best owner, best GM, the best coach, and the most selfless star. The ‘Heatles’ were bought, the Spurs were boring, and the Lakers were great briefly. I find them the easiest dynasty in basketball of my life to root for.” (Full Video Above)
