Chris Broussard: “I think over time, Ohtani might serve as some sort of bridge between Japanese baseball and American baseball... You’ve heard me say it: I think he belong in Yankee pinstripes. He’s the biggest star in the sport, and I’ve always seen him playing in the big city. Plus, they’re always there year in, and year out. So if he wants to maximize his stardom and win, that’s his best option if he chooses to leave the Angels.”
Rob Parker: “If I’m the Angels, I have to make him a hell of an offer, and if he turns it down, I have to move him. You can’t play this game of holding onto him all year, and letting a guy of his caliber walk on them. We saw the Nationals do it last year with Soto. He was offered $400 million, he turned it down, and they immediately moved him, and they got a haul in return.”

Chris Broussard and Rob Parker discuss the Angels pursuit to keep DH/P Japanese phenome Shohei Ohtani. The guys believe the Angels have to be quick with their decision, make him an offer, and trade him if he declines. Listen to the full segment above!
